Curtis, you will be loved and missed by everyone who knew you. I’m so sorry you had to leave us so quickly. I was there in Long Beach, California the day you were born and will forever miss that “HELLOO” every time you called me. There was no mistaking that voice. I will love and miss you forever. Love you, Aunt Nancy

Curtis was a good friend! I first met him at the Savoy a number of years ago, and I have enjoyed his Ceasar Salad many times. I will certainly miss his cheery disposition and kindness. May he Rest in Peace and Rise in Glory!

Hello, I’m so sorry to hear about Curtis’ passing. He was really a great guy and the world will miss his great wit and fun nature. To, Roberto, I know you all were together a long time and I’m so sorry you’ve lost your long time companion. To the family, Curtis and I worked together at the Savoy, he trained me in the true art of fine dining and then several years later we worked together again when he was General Manager. Curtis and I had our ups and downs but he never judgemental to me in my hard times in life and I will always remember his compassion when i fell ill. He had my back 100%. Curtis will be missed I’m sure by his friends. I remember his monthly lunch with a group of guys down at the Savoy. They always had such a good time. Roberto I’ve had lots of people contact me concerning Curtis’ passing, especially with the gang from Savoy. If you need anything just give me a shout out. Everyone take care in this time of sadness and may God lift you all up. Sincerely, Kelly Gardner 816-803-9139
