Valerie Ann Vaca
02/21/1956 - 03/23/2020
Valerie Ann Vaca, 64 of Kansas City, KS was called home to our Heavenly Father on Monday
March 23, 2020. Valerie was born in Wyandotte County, KS on February 21, 1956 to Ramon C.
Vaca and Juana Villa Vaca.
She was the best mother four delinquent boys could ask for. Valerie was a woman of faith who
believed in our Lord and Savior. She enjoyed baking and cooking for her boys and reminiscing
of good days spent at the fiestas in her beloved Ixtlan de Los Hervores Michoacán, Mexico. Her
love for music and dancing, whether it was disco dancing or mexican dancing. She talked to
everyone and anyone, always willing to help wherever she could. Some of her fondest
memories with family and friends were spent dining out and evenings full of laughs at the
casino. She played a huge part in the lives of all of her grandchildren. They were her pride and
joy, and one of her greatest accomplishments. She was there for the birth of many of our
children and thrilled with us on their arrivals.
She is preceded in death by her father Ramon C. Vaca and her mother Juana Villa Vaca. Her
sister in laws; Sigliende Vaca and Suzy Vaca. Her brother in laws; Charles Washington and
Patrick Casper. Her extended family members Albert Tinoco Sr., Angelina Tinoco, Albert Jr
Tinoco, Michael Tinoco, and Gloria Tinoco.
She is survived by her sons Edward (Victoria); Francisco (Joanna); Jose (Miriam); and Salvador
Vaca; 13 Grandchildren; Gabriel, Alex, Jay, Francisco Jr., Angelina, Raquel, Javier, Annalise,
Cesar, Jaime, Araceli, Santiago, Ximena. 4 Sisters; Veronica, Victoria, Vanessa, & Venetia; 4
Brothers; Raymond, Ralph, Ronald, & Roland and numerous nieces, nephews, Inlaws, and
extended family.
May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm
upon your face. The rain fall soft upon your fields. And until we meet again. May God hold you
in the palm of His hands.
Due to current public health concerns, the family will not hold a funeral or memorial service at
this time. Mass of Christian burial & a Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
QEPD
