Angelo Marcus Sanchez

Mass for Angelo Sanchez, 23, KCK, will be at Our Lady of Unity Catholic Church in Argentine, KS Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. with burial to follow at Maple Hill Cemetery. Angelo came into this world on August 23, 1997, the son of Elicia and Christopher Sanchez. He attended grade school at St. Agnes and Our lady of Unity. He went on to attend High School at Bishop Ward. Angelo played football while at Bishop Ward. He had a deep love for the game. Angelo was such an amazing person and had the biggest, contagious smile that lit up every room he was present in. Angelo loved his family and friends unconditionally. He was a father figure to his younger brothers. Always, making sure they were doing good in school and motivating them. Angelo was one of the biggest Chiefs' fans. He loved his team! He did his best in attending all the home games each season. Angelo is survived by his mom Elicia Sanchez, her significant other Richard Guerrero; four siblings, Andrew and Alyssa Sanchez, Adrian Miller, Alicio Miller, Vinicio Sanchez; two nieces, Ava Sanchez, and Audrina Ybarra; four nephews, Antonio Vaca, Anthony Sanchez Jr, Santana Sanchez, and Alijah Sanchez; grandmothers, Cathy Sanchez and Susie Becerra; grandfather, Hector Becerra; uncles, Jospeh and Gina Sanchez, Phillip, Becerra; aunt, Catherine and Jake Hentzen and several cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Christopher Sanchez, big brother Anthony Sanchez; grandpa, Junior Sanchez; Uncle, Aaron Becerra; great grandmothers, Andrea Sanchez and Pat Cornejo, and also his cousin Kristine Thurston (Babe).
