Earnest Martin Leihsing

Earnest Martin Leihsing, 83 years of age, passed away Monday, November 23, 2020. He died peacefully at home surrounded by family. He married the love of his life, Judith A. Leihsing, on September 7, 1957. They were married for 63 wonderful years. To this union 2 sons were born, Martin and Kenneth. Earnest worked for Perk Food Company for 33 years starting at the age of 16. When this company closed, he worked for the Kansas City Kansas School Board for 9 years before retiring. Earnest loved working on automobiles and riding a motorcycle. He also loved outdoors, the country and hunting. He leaves behind to celebrate his life and cherish his memory: wife, Judith Leihsing; sons, Martin Leihsing (KCK), Kenneth Leihsing (KCK); grandsons, Jeremy Leihsing, Robert Lowe; Greatgranddaughter, Yazmarie Lowe; and a host of other relatives and friends.
