Fredrick Paul Rios

Fredrick Paul Rios ,44, passed peacefully on Thursday, February 2, 2023, at K.U. Hospital. Fred was the son of loving parents Geno & Mary Rios. Fred grew up in the Kansas City area where he graduated from Winnetonka High School. After graduation Fred found a stable passion when he joined the work force with the Ford Motor Manufacturing company. Fred always looked forward to seeing his fellow co-workers each day and he enjoyed a long 21-year career with Ford. Whenever Fred wasn’t at work, he was known to be a man who loved his children, he adored watching them grow with his two trusty canine companions Brandy and Jasmine by his side of whom he adored.

In Fred’s spare time he was a dedicated fan to his favorite sports teams The KC Chiefs and KC Royals; it was rare for him to miss a game or not tune in for the highlights. Anytime that Fred wasn’t spending time with his family, dogs or enjoying a game, Fred could be found cooking out, listening to podcasts or enjoying what he loved the most; Enjoying a sweet treat.

Fred is survived by his children Ashlynn, Avery Rios. Sisters; Deedee Rios and Asia Deluca. Brothers’; Genaro Rios, Chris Rios and Nick Rios. Nephews’; Stevie Quiroz, Julian Rios, Dominic Rios, Anthony Deluca and Donovan Deluca. Fred was also survived by many more cousin’s family & friends.
