Geraldine L. Waters-Harris-Dodson

Geraldine L. Waters-Harris-Dodson 94, of Raytown, MO passed away June 25, 2020. She was born on January 8, 1926 to Rolla and Leila Waters. She married Harley E. Harris April 25, 1944. They lived in North Kansas City before moving to Raytown, MO in 1957. They had two children, Sharon Lee and Richard Allen. Harley passed away in 1967. Gerry met and married Oliver E. Dodson Jr. in May of 1974. Ollie had four children, Barbara, Gary, Brenda and Greg. Ollie passed away after 33 years of marriage to Gerry. She stayed in their home until 2012 when she moved back to Raytown to be near her daughter. She was also preceded in death by her two children, Sharon and Richard. She leaves behind her son-in-law Warren Gray, her daughter-in-law Susan Harris, four step children Barbara and Jay Hedges, Gary and Cathy Dodson, Brenda and Dick Morrison, Greg and Susan Dodson and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Arrangements by Larkin and Garcia Funeral Care, Kansas City, KS. There will be a family graveside service followed by her burial at Floral Hills Cemetery, Raytown, MO.
