Hector Abraham Flores Acosta

October 9, 1965 — February 13, 2025

Hector Abraham Flores Acosta passed away surrounded by his closest family on February 13th, 2025. Hector was born on October 9th, 1965 to Raymundo Flores Moya and Valentina Acosta in Parral Chihuahua.

Hector was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He led by example by working hard every day to provide for his family. Hector worked in landscaping most of his life and it suited him well as he enjoyed being outdoors. Although Hector worked very hard, he took time and knew how to have a good time with those that he loved.

Hector loved to play baseball his whole life and even had the opportunity to play for the Aztecas adult baseball team in Kansas City. He also had a passion for raising roosters and hens. His family takes comfort in knowing that he is now resting and listening to all of the ranchera and regional Mexican music that he enjoyed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymundo Flores and Valentina Acosta.

Hector is survived by his wife, Esperanza Flores; daughter, Sarah Cano Baeza; grandchildren, Cesar, Camilo, Raphael; sisters, nephews and many other family members and friends.

The family is thankful for everyone who has reached out to them. Hector will forever live in the hearts of all that loved him.
