Raul Sr. was born in Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico to parents Ramona Marron Rios and Rodolfo Marron Ruiz Sr. He was very passionate about his heritage and Mexican culture. Raul was a fantastic cook and made the best birria in town. He inherited his father's hustle and expertise in cooking. His father was well known in the business industry of the Westside Kansas City, Missouri for El Queso Michoacán store, which later evolved into a restaurant. Raul was a retired railroad worker, the last company that he worked for was Union Pacific in the early 2000's. Raul was a man who loved his family, especially his Grandchildren, more than anything in this world. Raul had a heart of gold; he would selflessly help anybody who needed it no matter the circumstances. Raul was very forgiving and made sure his children knew how important it was to forgive. Raul loved: The Kansas City Chiefs, Chivas f&uacutetbol team, watching TV game shows, Western movies, having a cold one with friends, and playing the lottery. Raul would always bet his money using his loved one's birthdays; he always believed those numbers gave him superior luck. Raul was festive, especially during the Winter holidays. Decorating his home creating a lively living space was a must. Raul ritually supported his sister-in-law Sara's talent for cooking by ordering straight from her kitchen every Sunday. To provide a visual Raul loved to wear, Stacy Adams shoes, suspenders, Dickie's and Ben Davis pants, Fedora hats, and white Chuck Taylor shoes. Classic Rock & Mariachi music was his favorite. Raul will be greatly missed by his family and friends, a very special man who left with a piece of his children's hearts. Raul was an exceptional Father, Grandfather, Brother, and Friend. Raul leaves to cherish his memories and celebrate his life siblings: Rodolfo Marron (Sara), Juan Marron, Luz Maria Marron, Juan Manuel Marron, Gloria Marron; children, Suzana Anderson (Melvin), Aurora Aguilar, Linda Marron, Crystal Arroyo (Gabriel), Raul Marron Jr. (Alicia), Ramona Marron, Jose Martin Marron; 22 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; many great nieces and great nephews, and many friends.
